CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you may need to cancel your scheduled class, please adhere to the following guidelines which I’ve implemented for smooth scheduling and to avoid unnecessary financial losses:

1. It’s important that you cancel your class at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to make necessary adjustments to my timetable and manage any potential reorganisations.

2. Please be aware that if a class isn’t cancelled within the 24-hour window, a fee of 50% of the class rate will have to be applied. This is to offset the inconvenience to my schedule and the opportunity cost of not being able to offer that slot to another student.
